About Us

After he spending 15 years in sales and business management, with the support of his wife and two boys, Jeff finally took the leap to follow his dream of owning his own business.  Massage has always been in his heart.  Jeff became a true believer of massage therapy, as he watched his sons daily chronic pain from Ehlers Danlos Syndrome subside, his immune system boost and his positivity continue to sail from the benefits from receiving routine massage.  Jeff is a top graduate from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage and Wellness and offers sessions in multiple massage modalities.  He is an intuitive massage therapist, driven to provide others the benefits of relaxation, an option to decrease pain, and rejuvenate the body and soul.  Jeff has taken multiple courses in Cupping including Fire Cupping, and Advanced Sports Stretching  to assure his clients get the optimal treatment to their injured muscles.  Jeff enjoys volunteering his time at sporting events by providing sport massage and stretching to assist in the prevention of youth sports injuries and recoveries.   Jeff has great ambition and thrives to bring his clients top notch treatment.

Tina Shelledy has been a nurse for over 18 years with over 20 years of medical field experience.  She has worked in Pediatrics, Geriatrics, Emergency Medicine, Triage, Laboratory and currently in Family Medicine.  She works the behind the scene functions of KS Massage Therapy including, the financial, marketing, merchandising, and much more.  

Tina enjoys learning about the holistic side of medicine and how it can intertwine with the current medicine that we all know. 

Jeff and Tina stay busy with their boys golf, basketball, school and other activities. 

Tara Riherd, has been practicing massage for 10 years.  She is a graduate from the Blues Cliff College in Fayetteville, Arkansas.  Tara and her family have recently relocated back to Iowa and she is looking forward to restarting her massage career. Tara’s passion is the need to help people, which is what prompted her to pursue a career in massage.  She is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Sports and most recently Cupping.  Tara’s technique is to evaluate the needs of each client.  By taking her time assessing the needs of each individual to alleviate tension and/or pain.  Her style combines a mixture of different massage techniques to provide a relaxing, yet effective experience for her clients.  We look forward to having Tara join KS Massage Therapy!

Paige is our Head Esthetician and is a native of Mt Pleasant, Iowa and a 2009 graduate of Capri College of Cedar Rapids. She is passionate about helping clients feel their best. She is thrilled to be able to assist clients to obtain their beauty and skin care goals. Besides esthetics, Paige has a variety of experience in the beauty industry. Including Professional Make Up Artist, Beauty Stylist, and Cosmetic Sales & Management. A mother of 3, Paige loves to travel, going to concerts and festivals and making memories with family & friends. She has enjoyed planning her upcoming wedding.
Paige will be offering evening appointments on Wednesday & Friday evenings!!! 

 Diane has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 8 years.   After graduating from Unity High School in Mendon, Illinois before obtaining a Bachelors of Biology at Iowa Wesleyan University.  

Many, many, many years later I attended East West School of Message.  She started her career at the Spa in 2014.  We are excited to have Diane apart of the KS Massage & Wellness Team.

Vicki is a graduate of Cortiva Institute of Massage in Chicago, Il.  She joins us with 13 years experience in Massage Therapy as well as 16 years experience in traditional medical training.  Vicki has extensive training in many modalities of massage and enjoys providing Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Thai, Cupping and Reflexology.  Her goal is to inspire and educate clients towards better health by creating a therapeutic, and relaxing experience.

Please help us welcome Heather Rich to the KS Team. Heather is a native of Burlington and a graduate of American Hair Academy in Mt Pleasant. A stylist at Crew 113, Heather is excited to utilize her training in facials & waxing at the spa. When she isn't making us beautiful, Heather spends her time shopping and spending time with her friends and family. Please help us welcome Sarah Burgus to the KS Massage & Wellness team!  Sarah might be familiar to some as she previously worked at the Spa.  Sarah is a 2014 graduate of the Institute of Therapeutic & Massage.  She enjoys providing clients Deep Tissue, Relaxation & Couples Massage.  Sarah and her husband enjoy the outdoors and traveling.  Their 18 year old Rat Terrier & 7 month Old Great Pyrenees are their pride and enjoy.
